Jane Ford is the Managing Director and owner of Exhibitions and Events New Zealand (EENZ) and its parent company, Exhibitions and Events Australia (EEA). With more than 20 years in the exhibition industry, she has built a reputation for strategic leadership, innovation, and a deep understanding of what drives successful events.
Before founding EEA in 2005, Jane held senior roles within leading exhibition companies, gaining valuable experience across large-scale consumer events. Since then, she has grown EEA into one of Australia’s largest privately owned exhibition businesses.
In 2010, she established EENZ, which now delivers three of New Zealand’s premier Home Shows. Known for her sharp business acumen and people-focused leadership, Jane is passionate about mentorship and building strong, collaborative teams.
She credits her success to resilience, a strong work ethic, and surrounding herself with people whose strengths complement her own.
